Transfer of Registration
Registration is transferable to another person in the same organization and must be requested on or before March 18 to the event. Email the request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed (email@example.com) or faxed (309-298-2642) to the ILETSB Executive Institute. A penalty may apply. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Refunds will be processed within four weeks after the event.
– A 25% penalty will be assessed on cancellations faxed or emailed dated on or before March 17, 2020.
– A 50% penalty will be assessed on cancellations faxed or emailed dated March 18-March 31, 2020.
– No refunds will be issued on or after April 1, 2020. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Keynote Speaker: Jill J. Myers JD
Jill J. Myers JD is Director of the School of Law Enforcement and Justice Administration at Western Illinois University, and formerly served 21 years as a prosecutor in Baltimore City. While there, she was the division chief of the special investigations unit, which targeted and prosecuted violent drug trafficking organizations by employing wire, electronic and oral surveillance techniques.
Myers was the Fourth Amendment consultant for the popular HBO series The Wire that is based on cases she prosecuted, and the Washington/Baltimore High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area. She served as the electronic surveillance advisor/instructor for the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and has taught law related courses to lawyers, police, federal agents and legislators. Myers is the recipient of two City of Baltimore Police Commissioner’s Bronze Stars for Excellence Awards.
